3. Works start and payment of outstanding amount (70% is made in three stages)
Stage one: on completion of the structure (30% of selling price)
Stage two: on completion of closings, exteriors and interiors (30% of selling price)
Stage three: 10% of remaining amount and last payment, made at the Public Notary when signing deeds of purchase and handing over of keys.
